Where
can I find the rates ?
Go
to our live availability
calendar
and click on an arrival date (allowed arrival
dates are denoted by a blue and/or yellow line), enter the number of
guests and the rate of the stay will be calculated. You can then
follow the instructions to make a booking. A compulsory £150
refundable damages deposit will also be shown and added to the cost
of your booking.
What
is the minimum stay and what are the changeover days ?
We generally only
offer 3, 4 or 7 night breaks in our Eco Cottages (unless otherwise
offered on the booking calendar). Its not about flyby visits here
but instead providing
the time to relax and unwind in a luxurious, secluded and peaceful
environment. Our 'boutique' style self catering accommodation gives
you the opportunity to explore Cornwall by day or chill out at a
Day Spa, and
experience Cornwalls
finest restaurants by night
Short Breaks:
3 nights arriving Friday or 4 nights arriving
Monday
Week:
7 nights, Arrive Monday or Friday
Please
note that during peak dates we only offer 7 night bookings Friday -
Friday
We
may be able to offer flexibility on arrival days during low season,
please use our
enquiry
form to enter your desired dates.
Do
you offer Low Capacity Discounts ?
If
there are just two of you we can offer the Eco Cottage at a lower
price for use as a one bedroom unit (discount not applicable
during peak dates). When applicable discounts will be calculated
automatically when selecting 2 people.
How
much deposit do I need to pay ?
25% or the full
amount if booking within 6 weeks of arrival.
Can
I make a booking over the phone ?
Bookings can only be
made online using our secure booking system, and confirmations are
emailed automatically. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to
take card payments over the phone.
Do
the prices include VAT ?
Prices quoted include
VAT at the current rate of 20%
Can
I make a provisional booking ?
Unfortunately as our
calendar is live we cannot hold any bookings without a deposit.
Dates shown on the calendar as provisional are new bookings awaiting
payment clearance.
I
can't find the Terms and Conditions ?
These will be
displayed during the booking process, you will be asked to read and
agree to them before finialising your booking.
Do
you accept Dogs ?
Yes we do with the
exception of Constantine Eco Cottage.
